MS Bookings is part of the Microsoft 365 service available to all Waterloo Faculty. In order to use this, you must have your email moved to the cloud from the on-campus Exchange server.
The bookings service works well to let students schedule on-line office hours via Teams, or oral exam either in person or on-line. The service syncs with your Outlook calendar ensuring students do not double book, and all scheduled events appear on your regular calendar.
