• The Centre for Teaching Excellence (CTE) collaborates with individuals, academic departments, and academic support units to foster capacity and community around teaching and to promote an institutional culture that values effective teaching and meaningful learning. Our CTE liaison is Paul Kates.
• The Centre for Extended Learning (CEL) has been helping Waterloo faculty and instructors design, develop and deliver online courses.
• Support for Teaching Remotely (Keep Learning): This website offers the collective expertise of Centre for Extended Learning (CEL), Centre for Teaching Excellence (CTE), Information Sytems and Technology (IST) - Instructional Technologies and Media Services (ITMS), the Library, Accessibility Services and others, to support you in designing and teaching your courses online.
• Information Systems & Technology (IST) provides effective information systems, technology and services in support of learning, teaching, research and administrative needs.

• Fostering Engagement: Facilitating Online Courses in Higher Education: This Open Educational Resource was designed for post-secondary instructors and teaching assistants who would like to better understand the critical role of online facilitation in online course delivery and build practical online facilitation skills and strategies that are relevant, effective, and authentic.
