Microsoft Bookings is part of the Microsoft 365 app suite, which all UWaterloo employees/students have access to. The bookings service works well to let students schedule online office hours via Microsoft Teams, or oral exams either in person or online. The service syncs with your Outlook calendar ensuring students do not double book, and all scheduled events appear on your regular calendar. As this is a centrally supported tool, see the EdTech hub for more information and resources.
