MS Bookings is part of the Microsoft 365 service available to all Waterloo Faculty. In order to use this, you must have your email moved to the cloud from the on-campus Exchange server.
Microsoft Bookings is part of the Microsoft 365 app suite, which all UWaterloo employees/students have access to. The bookings service works well to let students schedule online office hours via [[Microsoft Teams]], or oral exams either in person or online. The service syncs with your Outlook calendar ensuring students do not double book, and all scheduled events appear on your regular calendar.
