- What is Microsoft Teams?
A central hub: Microsoft Teams allows you to manage files created in Office 365 among your fellow collaborators. Team collaboration: Everyone can stay up-to-date on the latest project status. Teams allows multiple people to edit documents simultaneously.
- What can I use Teams for?
Chat: A group chat that allows departments, project groups, or any other group to collaborate and connect easily. Attachments: Get easy access to shared team documents and be able to edit and share with multiple people at a time. Notes: Use Microsoft Word within Teams to take notes, post-meeting minutes, or share team agendas.(OneNote is not available for Microsoft Teams.)

Organize projects: Teams is a tool that brings together multiple things in one place. Collaborate effectively: Teams is an effective way to work collaboratively. Increase productivity: Teams is currently being used by several groups across campus and has changed the way many groups work.
