Mobius
Mobius is a content delivery platform and an automated assessment tool built by DigitalEd Inc. Math has partnered with them to build Mobius and it is used in many of our courses, both grad and undergrad.
If you need assistance with Mobius, you can also contact Digital Assets Group in the Faculty of Mathematics.

Special Access (This includes giving a student an additional attempt or more time on an assignment)
Note: If you give a student extra time on an assessment accidentally, you can "undo" that by going back to the student and granting them 0 extra minutes. The second authorization undoes the previous one.

Adding users and changing roles
Students are automatically enrolled in the Mobius course via LEARN. All users enrolled in the corresponding LEARN course will have Mobius access according to their role. So, all users with instructor access in LEARN will have instructor access in Mobius.
To give another user direct access to a Mobius course (not via a LEARN link), select Class User Manager (from the top nav bar in Mobius), then select Enrol Users. After searching for and selecting the user (the advanced search works better) you can select the Role you wish to give them and then hit Enrol. Note that this method only works for users who have a Mobius account, which they get by having accessed Mobius at any point in the past. For new staff members and similar users, you will need to request that a user account be set up for them. Note, however, that this process is not necessary if the user has LEARN access and can then access Mobius via the LEARN link.
