Bongo
Bongo is a tool inside LEARN to allow students to submit video assignments. This can include group submissions as well individual interactive video assignments (which really means students are required to answer a pre-defined question in a timed manner via webcam)
Possible Alternatives: none for interactive video assignments; a simple dropbox can suffice for uploads of ppt video presentations.
