Hojatollah is a PhD student of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department at University of Waterloo, Canada. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Isfahan University of Technology (IUT), Iran. He then received the M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) in Iran where he was a member of Speech Processing Research Lab (SPRL). His research interests include Speech and Image Processing, Image Quality Assessment, High Dynamic Range Images, Medical Image Quality Assessment, Tone Mapping Algorithms and Image Fusion.
